Made to Order and Custom Products - 14 Day Production Timeline

*Please note that due to increased demand during the holiday season, our standard 14-day production timeline may be subject to change. For holiday shipping details, please refer to the dates below.

  • Orders placed between 11/24 and 11/26 have the best chance of arriving by 12/23. Any order placed after 11/26 is not guaranteed to arrive by 12/23. 
  • We cannot guarantee any shipment ETAs, as it is based on each carrier’s capacity
  • Made to Order and Custom products are not eligible for expedited shipping

The dates above are the last days to place orders for timely delivery by December 23rd. Orders placed after these dates may not arrive on time. Please note that all production timelines are based on business days, which do not include weekends or holidays.

This includes: Champion Products (excluding 2025 Custom Jerseys, Pinnies and Shorts), League Product, Hats, Accessories, Collectibles, and more.

  • Standard shipping cut-off is December 15th at 3 PM EST / 12 PM PST for delivery by December 24th
  • FedEx 2Day cut-off is December 19th at 3 PM EST / 12 PM PST for delivery by December 24th

Due to an increase in demand and carrier limitations, we encourage everyone to shop early this year to avoid any order delays. Learn more about how we're committed to making sure that your order arrives on time, below.

  1. Do you offer price adjustments on previous orders?
    1. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer price adjustments on any past order. This includes all orders placed outside of our flash sale windows.
  2. Are there any special discounts or promotions during the holiday season?
    1. Be sure to subscribe to our email list to be notified of all upcoming promotions. Make sure to also follow along with us on social media.
  3. What is the return policy for holiday purchases?
    1. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept any returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective inventory merchandise purchased online within 30 days of receiving your order. Please visit our returns and exchanges page for further instructions. Please note, all made to order, custom products, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.
